Bringing Back Stability

These are exercises that will not cause knee pain during movement. Getting back to exercising after a prolong length of time can be an overwhelming task. This is the most important step before starting strengthening exercises. The goal of these exercises are to perform daily living movement patterns to test the stability and pain threshold of the knee joint. Use step 1 from the Knee Pain Recipe if knee becomes irritated during exercises.
