Renee Moten – Master Personal Trainer

My Story – “Many Years of Pain”

In my youth I was a tomboy–playing all kinds of sports and enjoying challenging myself. After graduation, I was happy coaching sports and working out. That’s when I became a certified Personal Trainer. Its also when I experienced terrible knee pain; first in one knee, then in both knees. I struggled to walk without a limp, climb stairs, kneel on the floor so I could continue as a Personal Trainer. Cortisone shots and surgery were not for me–I looked to alternative medicine therapies and discovered a host of healing remedies that I labeled “Knee Pain Recipe”!

As a Personal Trainer, I have applied my unique combinations of alternative medicine therapies to help my clients see real results from my highly effective Knee Pain Recipe.

There is another way to treat knee pain that does not involve shots, drugs and surgery.

I have found that working with people suffering from knee pain requires a special set of ingredients. I combine the right tools in a specific order to promote healing in a natural way.

Since successfully healing my own knees I’ve walked the 40 mile Avon Breast Cancer walk, zip-lined through treetops, hiked over rocks and difficult terrain and ran obstacle-course races without feeling any knee pain. Now it’s your Turn!!
